OBJECTIVE:

• Stack products onto shelves;
• Obtain data on breakages of stock stored on shelf and in warehouse;
• Identify the absence of display units (maintain space);
• Measure the quantity of products stacked per POS;
• Distribute information on breakages to the sales network;

SOLUTION:

• The staff that stack shelves record the data and transfer it on a daily basis;
• Through SFR, data on breakages and quantities of products stacked per point of sales is stored in a database;
• Access to the SFR is controlled through authorisation assigned to Sales Management and if appropriate to Area Managers and Sales staff;
• Detailed information can be obtained by area, point of sales, sales person, reference;
