- Management of sales force and trade materials in preparation for the launch of new products.
- Management of receiver and item records up to three levels of sub-code and management of bill of materials.

- When shipped, automatic e-mail sent to receiver containing info on sender, courier to whom the shipment has been entrusted and list of materials sent.
- Stock per article can be displayed in real time on the web (can be downloaded via Excel); in addition, again on the web, shipment orders can be generated, receiver records can be updated, the progress of picking and packing can be checked and orders can be traced up to time delivered (direct link to couriers’ website).
- Shipments within two days of the date of order receipt: 24/7 availability.
- Production of monthly reports on standard logistics parameters (picking lines, transport docs, parcels sent, pallets sent and stored).
